Notice to all users of the Masonic Hall

  1. Due to rising costs of gas and electricity, please set thermostat(s) as follows prior to leaving the building:
    • WINTER - Set on "Heat", "Auto" and temperature at 55 degrees
    • SUMMER - Set on "AIR/COND", "Auto" and temperature at 75 degrees
  2. If cooking or using kitchen
    • Be sure gas stove burners and ovens are TURNED OFF
    • Be sure all utensils and cookware are washed and put away
  3. Housekeeping
    • Turn off switch on wall for coffee pot
    • Empty coffee grounds
    • Rinse all coffee pots and metal brewing container
    • Be sure all tables are cleaned
    • Be sure floor is clean
    • If trash cans have been used and food containers are in the cans, please empty and place clean bags in the cans.
    • Be sure all outside doors and door to upstairs are locked before leaving

Usage Fees: Non-members - $100, members $35, with a $50 clean-up fee.
